Assemblyman Robert C. Oaks is a lifelong resident of the 128th Assembly District, which includes all of Wayne county and parts of Cayuga and Oswego counties. Assemblyman Oaks is a 15-year veteran of county government, and a dedicated advocate of improving New York State's economic environment and agricultural industry, as well as strengthening local government services. Assemblyman Oaks, who currently serves as Deputy Republican Leader, was first elected to the New York State Assembly in 1992 and is now in his eighth term.
