Assemblyman Gary D. Finch was elected to serve the 123rd Assembly District in 1999. Mr. Finch is a small businessman who owns and operates Brew-Finch Funeral Homes, Inc. He began his career in public service as a trustee of the Village of Aurora and later as its Mayor. He is committed to improving agriculture in New York State and received a “Circle of Friends” award from the NY Farm Bureau. In Albany, Finch serves as Deputy Republican Whip and is assigned to the Assembly committees on Agriculture, Economic Development, Job Creation, Commerce and Industry, Energy and Environmental Conservation. He is a member of the American - Irish Legislators Society.
