Greg Ball was elected in 2006 to serve the 99th District, representing the citizens of Patterson, Carmel, Southeast, Yorktown, Somers, North Salem, Brewster and Pawling. Assemblyman Ball has fought for legislation protecting veterans’ rights, offering property tax relief, ensuring deportation of illegal aliens, promoting autism awareness and providing for the confinement for sexual predators. He is a committed advocate for reform in Albany and has earned a reputation as being one of Albany’s most ardent pro-labor legislators. Mr. Ball is a noted conservationist and sportsman, and has received numerous awards from local and national groups for his achievements and dedication. He is the Ranking Republican on the Assembly Authorities and Commissions Committee and a member of the Corporations, Energy, Housing and Veterans’ Affairs Committees.
