Chronic Criminal Act

Creates the crime of “Aggravated Criminal Conduct” when a criminal commits a Class A Penal Law misdemeanor after having been previously convicted of three or more Penal Law misdemeanors (or felonies) within the previous 10 years, punishable as a Class E felony and up to four years in state prison.
