Allow Businesses to Better Interact with ESDC
Creates an online tracking system for loans and grants administered by the Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC) so that businesses may easily determine where their loan/grant is in the process and be able to make financial decisions accordingly. Also, develops an email/listserve notification system for new information on ESDC policies, loans, grants, Empire Zone changes and other general information.
