About RACC Chairman
Assemblyman Will Barclay was elected on November 5, 2002. Appointed Chairman of the Republican Assembly Campaign Committee, Barclay works to recruit Assembly candidates that share our vision to Bring NY Back.
An attorney and businessman, Mr. Barclay is a partner of the law firm of Hiscock and Barclay, specializing in business law. Serving as a board member of Panthus Corporation and QMP Enterprises, Inc., Barclay knows first hand the obstacles state government cause for businesses in New York.
Mr. Barclay is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and Syracuse University College of Law. After graduating from law school, he served as a clerk for Roger Miner, a judge of the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, in Albany and New York City.
Mr. Barclay represents the eighth generation of his family living in Pulaski, Oswego County. He and his wife Margaret have two sons, Harry and George.
